Crockett’s Congress Stunt Draws Fire…

Rep. Jasmine Crockett’s Floor Show

Representative Jasmine Crockett’s latest Congress stunt is a masterclass in squandering public office. They show juvenile behavior and reckless abandon. The Texas Democrat, already infamous for her unhinged outbursts, has spent early 2025 doubling down on a persona that’s less statesman and more sideshow.

When she first became a Representative, her demeanor and diction were picture perfect, a stark contrast to her current Congress stunt persona. Now she uses street language or ugliness based on her audience or mood. This makes her hip or a hypocrite.

Take her March 22 speech at the Human Rights Campaign’s Los Angeles Dinner, where she sneered at Texas Governor Greg Abbott, calling him “Governor Hot Wheels” over his disability. It’s a cheap, cruel shot that exposes her as a bully masquerading as a progressive champion.

Conservatives like Representative Randy Weber, now pushing a censure resolution, and Senators John Cornyn and Ken Paxton rightfully slammed it as disgraceful. Yet Crockett seems oblivious, basking in the applause of her echo chamber.

Then there’s her March 24 brawl with reporter Christopher Downs in Congress’s halls. Video evidence shows her lunging for his phone—over questions about her Tesla, Musk, and Trump rants—leaving Downs scratched and filing assault charges with Capitol Police. This isn’t “standing her ground”; it’s a tantrum from someone who thinks she’s above accountability. The investigation’s pending, but the optics are damning.

And if that weren’t enough, Crockett’s been caught prancing around Congress in TikTok dance videos, twirling with fellow Democrats to a Super Smash Bros. beat in early March. Sure, it’s “fun”—if you ignore the crumbling dignity of the institution she’s sworn to serve. While Alina Habba skewers this clownery on Fox News, Crockett’s fans call it “relatable.” Relatable? More like a middle finger to taxpayers who expect seriousness, not choreography.

Crockett’s defenders laud her “authenticity,” but this isn’t boldness—it’s a disgrace. From mocking disabilities to scrapping with journalists and treating Congress like a dance floor, she’s a caricature of leadership. Her constituents deserve better than this embarrassing spectacle.

The mockery she exhibits in Congress is disgraceful. What has happened to the decorum and decency expected from Congressional leaders?

Means nothing the leftwing media will protect her, she’ll continue her BS, knowing the area of Houston she represents they’ll be to stupid or oblivious to anything she’s done. So don’t hold your breath.
