I’m convinced that they did know he had the cancer and had planned to transition over to Kamala, when they decided to reveal it. Unfortunately for them, his cognitive decline was way to obvious for them to ignore and they had to try and get her into office, since her cognitive faculties were more fresh…somewhat anyway…
