Ellison had the audacity to tout his “hard work” cracking down on fraudsters, while in reality he ignored a massive fraud scandal that could total up to $9 billion.
Social Media Humiliation Hits Ellison Fraud Scandal
Ellison donned boxing gloves in his “Scam Stopper Showdown” video. He claimed: “Scammers thought Minnesotans were easy targets. They were wrong.” Yet, after conservative YouTuber Nick Shirley exposed the fraud online, federal probes revealed up to $9 billion stolen from welfare and childcare programs.
His post racked up nearly 1 million views, but over 7,500 replies mocked him. Big names piled on. Sen. Ted Cruz called him an “arsonist claiming to be firefighter.” Rep. Tom Emmer blasted: “You’ve done nothing but enable and exacerbate fraud. This all happened on your watch.” Andy Ngo asked how Ellison’s team filmed the brag while Somalis allegedly stole billions meant for needy Americans. The backlash went mega viral and quickly.
Massive Fraud Exposed in Minnesota
Prosecutors charged dozens of Somali residents in schemes that scammed taxpayer money from foundations like Feeding Our Future. Fraudsters billed the state for nonexistent meals. The money funded luxury cars, homes, and even terrorists overseas. Somali criminals even set up fake day-cares and education centers with no children in attendance. “Fraud tourism” emerged as out-of-staters exploited Minnesota’s lax oversight. Warnings sat ignored for years under Ellison since he became Attorney General in 2019. However, Keith Ellison wasn’t alone. This fraud scandal can be tied to several powerful Democrats. Tim Walz and Ilhan Omar both face accusations of complicity and cover up. Minnesota state Rep. Kristin Robbins (R) says she warned Gov. Tim Walz (D) about alleged fraud within the state’s social services programs, but to no avail.
“He has turned a blind eye for so long that he cannot deny there were so many whistleblower reports, so many media reports,” Robbins told the New York Post on Tuesday. “For them to say ‘We did not know’ is just not true.”
Naturally, taxpayers are enraged and they demand justice. Why was such obvious fraud ignored for so many years? Did elites suppress probes to shield progressive allies? Ellison himself admitted Somalis boosted his election through ballot harvesting. He said they swing votes in Minnesota, Ohio, and Virginia. Hardworking folks deserve better than elite cover-ups. We must fight back. Demand audits and deportations if needed. This isn’t just fraud, it’s betrayal, and we the people have had enough.
